Anyone seen my mojo?

Well, it's not because I haven't been out with my camera, but I can't seem to find anything new or different to shoot. I had my heart set on photographing the barred owls yesterday which turned out to be a disappointment since I only saw 2 species of snakes and a five-lined skink. Reptilian subjects are okay, but not something I want to feature on my blog. Maybe I've lost my mojo. :) I hope not. Anyway, I have another chance at the owls this afternoon. In the meantime, I still have many images from January of the titmouse that I haven't shared yet, so here ya go!

Ohhhhh I love the titmouse.

I tend to make sounds like a little girl when I see one on one of my feeders.

They are so sweet, Gail, one of my favorite birds - thank you!

Wonderful shots, Gail! Numbers 1 and 4 are especially gorgeous. What a pretty bird. I agree with Tex, though...we wouldn't mind seeing the photos of the snakes and skinks. However, feel free to omit any spiders you might come across. :)

Those photos are fantastic Gail. You can show anything you like as far as I am concerned :)

Why is it that every time I come to your blog I leave with an earworm? This time it's 'I Don't Like Spiders and Snakes'

Actually, I don't have a problem with either unless they're feeling bitey, in which case I hiss and threaten to bite back! lol Seriously Gail, your mojo hasn't gone, it's just telling you to look at other things for a while so it can work up a big surprise for you.

I love titmice. With snow, it is hard to find anything new to shoot here, but I keep trying. It will all turn soon and we will all be back in rare form.

(Seriously, he does look like he's communicating with you...his little head tipped in wonder....)

These are fantastic! I like the little leg band. Nice catch light, too!

Try shooting something you've never done before. You'd be surprised how it can spark the mojo.

I think there is a lot of mojo in these photos!!! They are great! But, I know how you feel. I often feel like I take pictures of a lot of the same things, but that is just the environment I see each day!
