This was the only dog there that did not seem to enjoy being dressed up and pulled along the route. |
Dorothy and Toto |
This one didn't care for the Mardi Gras theme, insisting on a Hawaiian costume instead. |

Your photos put a big smile on my face. Thank you.
Love 'em all....LOVE the M*A*S*H. Looks a bit like Klinger with the long nose. [okay, I'm kidding!!!]
The lady in the mobile wheel chair had it really decorated.
The Mardi Gras colors are wonderful too by the way.

This post definitely made me smile, starting with that wonderful first image. That one is priceless. Maybe the pooch was sniffing out whatever delicious treat was all over the front of the boy's shirt.
What an awesome and fun job of getting the pooches all dolled up!! That little pup was sad because he would have rather be dressed in red and black for Ga. Dawgs :-}}

Gail, the MASH bag is funny enough but the first photo is gorgeous, I can't take my eyes of it. You and your camera were at the right place in the right moment! :)

Oh my goodness....I have the biggest smile on my face right now.. The first picture of the two boys and dog is what I call a Perfect Picture!
The brother on the left and his precious eyes...and then the dog, right up in the face of the taller boy! And hey...the dirty shirt makes it all real! Excellent photo Gail..

LOL! Yeah, the little one in the yellow doesn't look too pleased!
These are so cute. I would have enjoyed them better had I not just spent the last week sleeping with 3 dogs and a cat, and corralling a second cat. :)
I'll be in NOLA this weekend. Hope I get some pics as cool as these.
