More macros

As I stated in the previous post, I am completely smitten with my new macro lens. Here are some shots that kept me busy the first couple of weeks after receiving it.
Tiny lantana bud

Anole on crape myrtle tree

Some sort of spider - nearly missed him he was so small

Dragonfly

Clouded sulphur

??
I have no idea what the last insect is; looks like some sort of moth? The metallic color of the stalk is pretty cool, too. Just wish I could remember what plant he was perched on.

    That dragonfly was grinning for you! That is one amazying lens, how far away are you from your subjects if I am ask?

    Lantana buds always reminded me of sugar coated jelled candy one would see in a candy display case.

    Outstanding captures as only you can do it.

    Oh My Land O' Goshen, these are fabulous!!!

    That scarf is just one scarf. It has all those colors about every 10 inches or so. I love it! (BUT I FOUND AN EVEN MORE FAB ONE ON SATURDAY ...eeeeeeeek)

    Oh my Gail!! In Florida, the lantana is a weed. Over the last couple of years I've decided to grow the weed since it soes so well in the hot, dry, drought, summers we have had here in Atl. Your shot is beautiful- the texture is amazing of the lantana!! And your Dragonfly!! THose colors!! when you take your shots -- even you have to be amazed by the beauty that you can't see with the normal human eye!!

    All wonderful -- you're a macro genius. That dragonfly is the most amazing to me...they never hold still...I can't imagine how you managed to zoom in that way before he moved...just incredible.
