Two Years

It's been two years today since my mother passed away. I miss her sweet spirit, her love and concern for her grandchildren, and her example of faith. I am comforted to know in my heart that her soul is at eternal rest in heaven.
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Revelations 21:4
KJV

  4. It's such a difficult time for those left behind. The memories, tho, tend to make your troubled heart fill with joy of having such a wonderful spirit in your days 'til you meet again.

  15. Oh my, Gail, your Mom was ultra slender. Such a pretty photo of her. Wonderful post of HONOR. Missing loved ones that have passed on is truly a life ordeal. But, God does comfort especially those that mourn in righteousness. You are a blessed woman for the love and service you gave to her. You are. ♥
I am sooooooo glad we are friends.

  21. What a beautiful woman, Gail. Two years....when I lost both my parents 29 years ago at 2 weeks apart, the second year was still as painful as the moment it all happened. Now, the pain has subsided, but the void is still there. God's goodness however, fills us with joy in knowing that eternity awaits us. Thank you for coming to visit! Peace to you, Anita
